I started training in my early twenties whilst at University; I clearly remember those nights when my fellow students were up all night drinking cheap shots till the early hours, I was sweating in the campus gym. During this time I developed a true passion for fitness, it was all about my next gym visit followed by protein fuelled dinner. I went from being 65kg to 52kg, developed muscles in my upper body alongside hardcore abs; I had more energy and learned the importance of the right nutrition pre and post workouts.
I work with a wide variety of clients age ranging from 18 to 60, run ladies only fitness bootcamps as well as post natal buggy classes and even train together with some of my fittest clients.
Despite being a fitness fanatic I haven’t always been a personal trainer; I am a former marketing professional who gave up working in the city to follow my dream and while it’s not always been easy it was the best choice I ever made. I get to do what I love every single day and I will never ever tire of that!
Today I am a Certified Level 3 Fitness Instructor as well as a Pre and Post Natal qualified PTwho can create a personal fitness programme for you. I also hold certificates in Weight Loss Management and awards in kettlebell, VPR and circuit training. I work with a wide varieaty of clients age ranging from 18 to 60, run ladies only fitness bootcamps and even train together with some of my fittest clients.
Nothing feels better than when I see my clients progress and achieve their fitness goals. Being a personal trainer is my lifelong passion and I always go the extra mile to get you those results.
