Health and fitness assessment

I have designed a health and fitness assessment which includes weight, fat and circumference measurements, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and flexibility. We will monitor your progress throughout your training as hitting interim targets is the best way to stay motivated.



Nutritional advice and healthy meal plans
The fact is that exercise only contributes 20%, whilst nutrition 80% towards your healthy weight is highly disregarded by so many. No wonder the famous saying goes “You are what you eat!” Without the right nourishment, you simply won’t see the results you want, but I can help; follow my healthy yet simple meal plans designed to maximise your personal training results. You will lose weight, gain more energy, have glowing skin and hair and most importantly – feel happy and healthy!



Personal training and fitness programmes

These days we’re all leading busy lives and often feel like we don’t have time to exercise; but I can design you a fitness programme that gives you an intense workout in just 30 minutes. For those looking for total body overhaul we can plan a schedule of personal training sessions to really deliver results quickly. Sessions incorporate cardio, core stability and strength training with body weight or simply light weights depending on your fitness level.
